Startup vs Running out of sync

Hi,

Does someone know if there is a possibility to create an automated report which compare the latest running-config vs the latest startupconfig and email it on regular basis.

That would indeed be a nice thing to have, also knowing how to force an update of the current graph of conficting configs.
