Upon completing the Config Wizard, I get the following error:
Already repaired SAM and re-ran the Config Wizard, but no joy.
Any ideas anyone?

Is this a new install or an upgrade? Are there any Orion additional pollers or additional web servers in your environment?
New install, no APE or Web servers.
Please try re-running Configuration Wizard again and select the option to create a new database. Have you tried rebooting the Orion server? I've seen some rare cases where restarting the Orion services and/or IIS has resolved similar issues.
