we are looking for a template or any stuff which can monitor our RSA authentication Manager application hosted on Linux appliances
what processes do you want to monitor? if you just want logging and events, then LEM or the new module for solarwinds may be your best option.
You could always create your own application template.

You can create an application template to monitor those services and if there are any event log messages to indicate the failure count you could create an application monitor that checks for the event information and triggers a corresponding alert.
sorry, this is not a windows server. we have hosted the application on Linux OS.
if its possible to configure SNMP on the Linux appliance, then that should help you out and then poll the services using application monitor...
