NetPath Latency Alert Example

I'm looking for detailed instructions to configure alerts on NetPath services.

There is a Psuedo code style alert reference, but I cannot see any response time values collected. I think that I'm missing something obvious. My immediate thoughts are to code this with SW sql.

Any one solve this issue?
