Report or SQL custom query

I am using NPM 12.1 and trying to pull a report using report writer that will give me a list of all servers throughout my company. I am choosing all fields that I need however I only get about 600 servers and we have more than that. Am I only getting WMI? Would I have to pull this report using custom SQL instead? I am not a SQL person and new to SolarWinds. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi, Your field selection is fine. You just pick the fields that you want to see. Some may be populated and some not, It just depends on what the fields are. I guess that your problem is in the FILTER RESULTS tab. If there's anything in this tab you could delete it and then you'll get everything that Orion knows about. Take out anything in the FORMATTING and GROUPING tabs too as these may show you the results in a way that you don't expect. Also the TOP XX tab could give you just the top 10 (or the top anything if you really wanted), but if you turn it off and show all, then that's what you'll get. Regards, Robert

You could also try running the standard asset reports in Solarwinds and see if you can match up the servers.
