TFTP Server timeout error

I get a timeout error every time I try to upload firmware to a MB8000. Does anyone know of a TFTP Server that actually works with Windows XP? I have come to believe that the one Solarwinds has does not work. Seems like a common problem with a lot of questions concerning it but no answers. Any direction to another TFTP Server would be appreciated.
