spreadsheet import fails

Hi All,

I suddenly have problems importing a spreadsheet (Structure only) into IPAM.

When validating spreadsheet, it takes very long time, longer than usual. It's stock at 49% for a very long time before it finishes validation. 

When i start import, it's stock on 0% for a long long time (more than the 5 min. shown as timeout in the error attached) before I get the error.

Version running:2020.2

Spreadsheet size ~8000 subnets (have worked before)

Any good ideas ?
