Conditions for Trigger Actions

I have an alert setup to trigger when a node is down. I'd like to be able to setup multiple e-mail addresses in the Actions, but only send to certain addresses if the node is relevant to them.

For example, say a SQL server is down. I want the alert to trigger and send an e-mail to the SQL group, but not the SharePoint group or Exchange group, etc.

Since the alert is pretty generic, I'd prefer to not have to create a separate one for each group. Is this possible?

You can create a Custom Property of Email_Address under Nodes and enter in the Email addresses of the users who need to be notified, then in the Email address field, enter in ${Email_Address} and it will automatically send out to the appropriate people.
