Is the EXE or MSI installer better for Adobe Flash Player?

Now that EminentWare is releasing both the EXE and MSI packages for Adobe Flash Player is there an advantage to use one over the other?

If you want to customize using transforms, then the MSI route allows for that.

If not, stick with the EXEs.
