Just got a pop up stating Version 1.85.455.0 is available. However i dont see it in my customer portal. What am i missing? Thanks! -mark

Turns out i was looking in the wrong spot. I was looking at hot fixes and service packs, when it was sitting in downloads. thanks though!

Are you by any chance out of maintenance? If not, I recommend opening a case with customer service at the link below. They can track down the reason why your customer portal is not provisioned.
