Field not specified or invalid

When I try and create an alert I keep getting the message:

"Please specify a complete Trigger Condition

Field not specified or invalid"

This happens if I do something as simple as open a built-in rules "alert me when a node goes down" "alert me when a device reboots" and immediately press ok

I cannot add any triggers to any rules that I create myself

These are applied to nodes, not groups

oh and ive been on hold for 20mins now trying to log a call; I need to fix this urgently

I have submitted a support ticket and tried calling again

no response on both accounts

Hey itinfserv,

Did you get a resolution on this? If not, can you post the version(s) of Orion products that you're using? Have you tried either updating to the latest fix/build or reinstalling the current one?
