Does upgrading an appliance also upgrade the connectors?

I was curious when I upgrade a LEM appliance does it also update the connectors to the most recent versions or does this need to be done separately?

When you upgrade, the system is updated to the latest connectors packaged in to that release, but does NOT reach out to download the latest connectors from the web. So, if you download and upgrade on day 1 they are the same, but if you download a month later they probably aren't.

There's a readme inside the connector package that says which were updated.

Perfect, that is exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to make sure that when I upgrade an appliance I don't also need to upgrade the connectors as a 2nd step. For the sake of what I am planning to do, it's all done in the single step of upgrading the appliance.
