SAM component that goes critical when service is UP???

I am looking for help with a component monitor that will go into critical state when a service is running.  The service in normal state is Stopped.  I know I can do it with an alert, but I want to see the status change to critical when SW finds it running.  I can do this with Powershell for a process, but I want to do it for a service.

Try the below component monitor

Component monitor is the SAM you set up for the service, then just set the status is equal to UP
