enabling reports for non admin users in ONPM

I have a few users who are customers and limited to view only their nodes. I created a folder for each user and listed it for the reports folder, but I get an error when I login to the users account and try to run a report. What did I miss to allow the customer to run a report on their nodes?

What version are you on? I just tested this on 9.1 SP3 and it worked fine for me. I created a sub-folder within the Reports folder and copied some of the default reports to the new sub-folder and assigned that new sub-folder to a new user.

Logging in as that new user, they only see those reports and only the devices that user has access to show up in the reports

Can the user run their own reports, or does the admin have to run them first and place them in that folder?

Create a new folder e.g., USER, under report folder. Copy the required Reports in that folder. Give access of that folder from Admin Web console to required login ID.

Got it working. Didnt see that part in the help files about copying the contents from the root to the user folder. It works as planned, thanks.
