We are trying to Monitor Fax System which includes -
GFI Fax maker
EtherFax
We are monitoring GFI Fax Maker using service monitor and Log files for Fax Status - is there any other way or any other scope of monitoring?
On Ether Fax Side - We need to monitor Fax Lines Status and Fax Status also, right now there is just a dashboard where we can see the status of Faxes but there are API's available but we are not sure how does that works - Did any one work on this in past, If yes then please share your approach.
