IIS Site Removed but still showing in AppInsight

Hi to all, I removed a site from IIS but Solarwinds still showing in the AppInisght Sites for the node.

I unmanage the site, then I "re" pool the node and the AppInsight, the I list resources again for the node, but still showing in solarwinds.

Team, May you help me?

I had to delete the monitor from SAM settings, and add it again through list resources.
