I guess I'm a little surprised no one ever wrote a template in SAM for this before???
It's much more likely that no one has shared the template(s) they've created publically.
It's easy enough to do, as long as you know the process names. Open the Real Time Process Explorer on the host node in SolarWinds (I'm assuming the account your using has the option checked to allow this), check the required processes, and then follow the process to create a new template.
Once you're happy it works, stick it up on the Content Exchange for other people to use, so the next person looking for Remedy templates can find and use your hard work
