Anyone know how to download config from Juniper Netscreen, Crossbeam-Checkpoint and Bluecoat ProxySG?

The above 3 typeof devices are unable to download config.

I tried the command template for proxySG800 but its not working.

I'm using ProxySG510, Version SGOS 5.4.2.4

Can you please post the NCM session trace and we'll see what's going on (see the NCM FAQs post for how to do this)? I'd recommend reviewing the NCM Admin Guide section on creating device templates. You might also check the Content Exchange to see if someone has already created an updated template for your devices.

i managed to download the config of proxySG by writing a device template.

Does anyone has a sample template for checkpoint UTM?
