Indexes with fragmentation over 90% found during DB maintenance.

I am getting this alert frequently.Do anyone have any solution on this?

What version of NPM are you using? As of Orion 2017.3 this is enabled by default.

It depends what tables these are. If the tables end with 'Details', these are somewhat normal. Make sure your DB Maintenance is running and completing every night. The details tables should start out in a good state but these tables are written with all of the statistics that you poll for. There is a lot of data and the tables will get fragmented since not everything responds back in the same timing/order that it is polled. As long as you don't see this happening earlier and earlier every day on the details tables you should be okay.

If the tables are not your details tables then there might be a little more digging to do.

Also; Consider the time of 2:15 AM though, this is probably your DB Maintenance starting (if you did not change the default time). Do you see this alert/message any other time during the day?
