It looks like the earliest version of NCM still available for download is 7.0.

If you have the NCM 6.0 installer already downloaded somewhere, there should be a folder within the ZIP file called Orion-NPM-Integration. The NPM/NCM integration installer is located within that folder; it is not a separate download.
