VoIP Monitor - feature

Hello,

I'm interesetd in VoIP Monitor module, but according to the business requirements, I need to know is capable of displaying number of simultaneous calls per site, router, interface.

As I saw in the VoIP demo on SolarWinds.com, VoIP is capable of displaying the bad/all calls from one site to another, along with the number of registered users per server, but I couldn't find any information related to the number of simultaneous calls per site, router or interface.

Is there a way to have this information, or it's just a limitation of VoIP module?

I would appreciate any feedback.

The general answer is we don't currently support those stats in the VoIP module. We tried getting this information (basically polling the PRI MIB); however, we discovered that this data isn't supported on some gateways.

This is also a request /suggestion that has been fed back from my management. We like the IP SLA manager but would it be possible to include number of calls in realtime and historical reports across the paths in a future version?
