I'm trying to back up the config from my Netscreen SA 2000 with no luck. I cannot seem to log in to the device with the admin username/password. Anybody have any success with the Netscreen product?
Actually, I'm having smilar issues with a Netscreen 204. I'm a fairly new Cirrus customer, and after reading your post tried adding one of our Netscreens. It appeared to add fine, and when I use the validate login option, everything looks cool. However if I try to download the running or startup config, it says "receiving data" then errors out with "Unable to Log into Router : Timeout"
I'm not sure what the issue is. I could swear when I demoed Cirrus a year or so ago it worked fine on our Netscreens...was part of the reason I bought it.
I'm running Cirrus 3.5.1 and firmware version 5.3.0r6.0 on the netscreen in question.
I also have a NS50 I'm going to try setting this up for. I'll keep you posted.
