I've created this time of day report that uses custom interface properties. It was a bit tricky at first. I had to create two complex conditions to accomplish this. The first with ALL; the second with ANY.
It displays average historical bandwidth for last month from 6am to 6pm
You can use it as a guide in the Report writer.
