verify updates

Hi Guys,

i have a list of updates history (faild and success) i need to verify that thiese updates are aproved or not. and if yes by which group?

at the list of updates history is just mentioned the type of system(ex: intel-system-date time a number like ip) and the usdate status (success or failed).
