Hi all,
I have one WHD instance installed and need to use it for IT department (my team) and for HR.
I have tech groups and are limiting Request types to Assigned Tech Groups IT & HR. It works other than any admin account can search for all tickets and see both IT & HR tickets, bummed about that.
The question is: Can I Limit saved Bulk Actions to Assigned Tech Groups?
Would like to have separate HR Bulk Actions and IT Bulk Actions.
Is this possible? Or do I need to get two separate WHD installs, one for IT requests and one for HR requests? Would really not like to go there, separate licensing etc..
