Alert When Polling or Statistics Collection Fails/Stops

Hello,

Is there a way to configure an alert for when Volume polling or statistics collection stops? Maybe alert on the last database update?

The volume in the screenshot shows a last update of July 14th, and I'm posting this on July 27th.
