System-defined Port

Is there a way to change the description of the system-defined ports? You can't delete them or create a duplicate with another description. Port 1521 is labeled as nCube License Manager but we are using it for Oracle.
I know that Oracle is not the registered owner of the port with IANA, nCube is and that is why the description is the way it is. It would be nice to have a way to change the descriptions however. If there is a way I would love to hear about it.
