This is for a custom windows script monitor. We needed this to alert us if the row count was over a certain number. Tweak ConnString and SQL statement as needed.
Thank you for sharing evanr. If you haven't yet had an opportunity to checkout AppInsight for SQL in the latest SAM 6.0 beta I welcome you to do so. It includes table row count information out of the box.
