I have a problem with the LEM product, stills loading and don't allow the access. Someone knows why?

I just did a test run of the product. Can you provide additional information - how are you attempting to install - VM Ware? Hyper-V ? I installed the virtual appliance in VM Ware, you do the initial configuration of the IP address and password via the VM console, then you can reach it by IP address in a web browser. If you are still having issues, give me a little more info, and I will try to push you in the right direction.
Making a few assumptions here just based off of the wording of the question.I assume you were able to successfully set it up and probably previously connected to it. Additionally, possibly getting stuck at the LEM screen in your browser.If that is true, I would recommend consoling into the LEM and restarting it.
Are you trying to access the web console, and it is not loading? If yes, what browser are you using? It is slow when attempting to login the first time, or when attempting to login via IE.
Where is it not allowing access?
