Network Connections in Network Atlas does not show link utilization, and show up as disconnected in the Map using NCM.

I have a bunch of objects working in Atlas currently, but I cannot get the link between a router and switch to work with Network Atlas. The outside switch and our external firewall also do not work. All objects are managed by NCM and have full attributes listed in the node details page. Everything is operating normally.

The link between the router and switch objects worked initially, but after an hour or so has not worked. I manually had to add the connection between the devices, since I believe Network Atlas uses cdp between the devices to map out L2 connections, and it's disabled. I added the interfaces in the property>Status page and tried to monitor from the perspective of both objects listed under the Hyperlink tab.

All other objects on the map update accurately except for these. The model of the switch is 3650. The router is an ASR 1001-x. The firewall is an ASA5500 series.
