Solarwinds catalog sync doesnt report over email

Hi, has anyone got a report from SW Patch Manager whenever the catalog sync task finds new packages? It doesn't work on my side. Configuration looks good, already gone through it with the Support team.

finally, the application settings didn't have the sender (email and name) configured. It is now all ok.
