Unable to lauch Toolset items from Orion integration

When I right click on a node in Orion and select any of the SW tools it tells me that the tool is not installed. I do have the tools installed on the PC that I am using to access the Orion server and I can use them with no problem if I launch them from the start menu. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check your account is enabled for Browser integration .

Go to > Settings > Manage Accounts > Select " Your Account" Edit > " Allow Browser Integration > Select " Yes" > Submit .

Logout from the browser close all browsers logg back in . It should ask you to install an Active x Control ( Install Yes) and check if you have Toolset Working.

If your browser is blocking the Active x control sometime it works with or without that install.

Go to any Node > Right Click > and see if you are able to see the list of Toolset Options.

Please use IE 7 or above .

The problem is not that the menu does not come up, it is that when it does come up and I select any of the Solar Winds links (such as traceroute) I get a message that the product is not installed.

Hi Dperkerson - if you have NPM and Toolset on the same machine - this is a known issue.

Doug,

What version of Toolset are you running? if you are running 10.6 you need to make sure that the SolarWinds Orion Toolset Integration service is running.

Also, did you install Toolset for all users on that system or for a specific account only?
