Alert Manager In Web Console

From that version management section alerts in the Orion Web Console is available, now I have the following:

SolarWindsOrion Platform 2014.1.0
SAM 6.1.0
NCM 7.1.1
NPM 10.7
UDT 3.0.0
1.9.0 IVIM

Currently I see the following in the Alerts tab.

They could tell me if it is user permissions?

Do you want to set up account limitations on user that can access Alert tab?

No, I want see the alerts and to manage them.

agh i see thats simple click settings on the top right then click 'manage alerts' you will need to be an Admin to view this section.
