My Toolset 9.1 Cannot Define CPU Gauge Device Type

Dears,

My CPU Gauge in Toolset 9.1 with Orion NPM 8.5 cannot define Devices types and it gives me a bad looking on Device CPU Usage

Please Help ASAP

Just to confirm, you are trying to create a CPU Gauge for an Aperto device, correct? The issue may be that the Aperto WiMAX device does not support the MIB we're using to query CPU load. Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing when you add the Aperto device?

It is most likely that we do not have the MIBs for this device in our database. We can verify this if you could look up a value for us by performing the following steps:

Open up the MIB Browser and set the IP Address of the device (in this case 10.2.222.1)
Navigate to the sysObjectID node with an OID of 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 and select it.
Click the "Get Tree" button. A table will display in the right pane.
Under the Value column in the table, right click on the actual value and select "Details ..."
Copy and paste in a reply to this post information in the Details windows like the following....

OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0
Type OBJECT-IDENTIFIER
Units
Access read-only
Status unknown
Value 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.17
cisco2501

With that information, we can determine if our MIBs database contains your device.
