SAM - Multiple Object Chart - Not Working

When i create a chart using data from a collection of servers the charts fail to produce results. The data is there and being reported correctly but the charts dont appear. I have re-created the website, checked permissions and redoen the entire page and nothing has resolved the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

The problem also seems to occur randomly to other graphs as well (see attached)

Instead of a multiple object chart, why not try creating a separate chart for each object, saves you having to click on the view options then. This might be a workaround until you can get the multiple object charts working.

Thanks for the response, i considered that however since we have quite a few Citirix servers the idea of having a chart for each wouldnt serve much purpose. We wanted the single graph to be able to see Citrix usage in its entirety.

What i have also noticed is that when i create the Multiple Object Chart i can add 2-3 nodes but any more than that and it falls over and wont return any data.

I've seen this before, I seem to recall that it was just taking a long time to do all the queries, I think the data will load if you leave it long enough.

The gotcha is that the page may well be auto refreshing before the chart loads. Try increasing the reload page time, and waiting a little longer.

yeah could be to do with the max number of data series displayed on a chart available in all settings / web console settings /

Try changing it to 40 and then try the chart again... change it back when you finish.

Still no luck, I've increased the data series limit and set the page reload time to be higher but the chart still fails to load. As you can see from the image all the nodes appear in their own chart just fine but the combined chart wont load no matter the changes i make.
