This report shows the causes of Cisco reboot.

I attempted to utilize this report. I just wanted to get the "cause of last reboot" report to work as opposed to the historical reboot report. I thought I followed the steps appropriately by importing the poller and assigning it to my cisco devices. I also tested the poller and seen the varying results. But when I imported the report and executed it, I have no results listed. Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong? I didn't do the steps of creating an Alert or add a custom property for 'CauseofReboot', but didn't think these steps were necessary because I wasn't using the "Cause of Each Cisco Reboot" or the "Last Boot (7 days)" features/reports.
The Poller poll devices every 10 min. When you test your devices the result does not write into database.
Try to run report in 10 min after creation.
