Exist a way to modify the hardware details i need to include AMT capable and version on the machines where i install the agent.

I do not know about modifying the 'Hardware Details'. I believe that is not modifiable. However, this might be a good application of Custom Properties. You can create properties called "AMT Capable" and "Agent Version" is you like and fill them in as you wish.
Have you looked into creating Customer Properties for the object and inserting ATM and version information manually into the new Custom Property areas you'd create?
You could create a Custom Property for ATM that requires Yes or No, and another custom ATM property that requires an NPM administrator to insert version information for each node.

Thanks looks like an option but i'm trying to avoid manual configuration. What if i create the custom property called AMT and the agent can go to my hardware and just find for this characteristic and write what ever result on the AMT custom property field, same for the version.

Well, you've found the problem: As far as I know, there is no "the agent can go to my hardware and just find for this characteristic and write what ever result on the AMT custom property field" functionality.
