Performance Monitor Performance Counters for multiple servers

I'm looking to monitor a set of Windows performance monitor counters and generate a report for multiple servers.  Specifically, I'm looking to record the following counters:

SQL Memory Manager\Target Server Memory (KB)

SQL Memory Manager\Total Server Memory (KB)

Is there a way to monitor these counters for multiple servers and record the output for performance monitoring?  Or is there another way to log data from SQL memory manager using Solarwinds?  We're currently using Orion Platform 2015.1.2 in one environment and Orion Platform 2017.1 in another.
