Unable to start Serv-U Service after IP address Change

Serv-U Version 5.1 for Windows

Error message is:

"Unable to connect to server 127.0.0.1 port 43951" after IP address change

Will not allow me to view or change configured FTP sites

URGENT - Our FTP site is down! Thanks so much.

I'm not sure if this really addresses your problem, but try to have a look at this KB article, maybe it can help.

I did see that article as well. Unfortunately it did not help us. Anyway, it appears I was able to redirect our clients who were using that FTP site to another server. If this works, I will decommission the SERV-U server.
