I currently have an advanced alert named "infratructure" that all my cisco switches and wireless access points belong to. I also have an advanced alert that alerts me when my WAN circuits go down for each location. Currently when I lose the WAN I get alerts for the WAN being down, switch is down, and access point is down. I want to suppress the switch and access point alerts when the WAN goes down. Do I do that under the "infrastructure" advanced alert? if so how do I configure the conditions to work correctly?
