How to remove the DHCP lease addresses from being updated under subnets after DHCP server scan

Question

I want to monitor only the DHCP scopes and its utilization but not DHCP lease addresses under each subnets. Though i remove the lease address from a subnet manually , after server scan it re appear. Is there a way to avoid this?

Yes plz ..Bcz, i would like to monitor some reserved IP addresses and only the static IP addresses (dhcp excluded )  in the DHCP subnet. But the DHCP server scan populates on the entire lease addresses and i may have to filter it again each time.
