Help! Lost admin Password in IP Monitor 8.5

Hello, I am working for a company that has IPmonitor 8.5.  They have the password stored in IE but lost the actual password, so it can't be changed.  How do I reset the password for admin accounts that are missing passwords?  I didn't see an option in the settings program on the server itself.
