nWe are running Orion version 2010.2.1. After adding another user on the trigger alerts, they do not get the alerts and incoming messages do not have their name on the list of recipients. I have tried a semicolon and a comma but the user still does not get alerts. I restarted the services still no joy. Any thoughts?
