Short description / Servicenow incident change

Hey all,

I have created an alert for CPU utilisation and I want to raise an incident within service now. I've managed to link service now to solarwinds and I now wish to change the "Short description" field.

Does anyone know how to change the "Short description" field to something custom, like Server Down?

A colleague has discovered that if you edit the html in the page the service now alert logs in service now using the new text which is just what I want, I changed it to "Big Juicy Server Problem", but when you go back into the alert again it reverts the changes, so as long as you don't want to edit the alert after saving, it works. If you do edit the alert again, then remember to reapply this change.

Note when you go back in to the servicenow alert the Short description shows as -- None --.
