Migrate a IP Monitor 10.0 install onto a new server

I would like to migrate IP Monitor 10 to another server. Can you please advise how I can migrate all settings,data, license together with all credentials. Will it be possible to run both installs in parallel before cutting over?

Any help with this will be much appreciated.
