Unable to Edit User

LEM v6.3.1

I log in with my account which is an Administrator role. I want to edit an existing user's role but when I click the "cog" icon next to the user's name in Build > Users I only have the option to "delete", not edit.

What am I missing?

EDIT: Looks like it's just AD linked accounts. I can edit "LEM user" accounts.

Looks like the roles are driven by AD groups. (previous LEM admin set this system up). When I move the user from an auditors group to an admin group and he logs off and back on then he gets the new role. Not sure where that's configured.
