Thwack points and Store never load

I reached out to the SolarWinds staff quite a few months ago and was told it was an issue with the gaming software that Thwack leverages. Which I can understand, but after 6 to 8 months its starting to become irritating that I can't see points, leaderboards, or even browse the store.

Has anyone else had issues with this or have the solution for this to be resolved?

Oh for the love of all that is holy! I just found the issue....and it took a lot to not bust my keyboard over my knee. I found the issue when I opened the developer tools in Chrome to generate the HAR and found the following:

https://bpb.opendns.com for those unaware is OpenDNS and it is blocking https://solutions.nitro.bunchball.net; guess I'm going to be moving my Thwack time to a system that doesn't go through OpenDNS.....ARG

Hey BXIV - I'm super happy to help you troubleshoot. As of right now, we're not seeing any other escalations of gamification issues. Can you DM me the following details, and I'll get to work on finding a resolution?

thegreateebzies its odd I had to close Chrome yesterday and opening it this morning to provide you with the information; everything looks to be fixed. I've closed chrome in the past (especially when I first noticed the issue).....so I'm not sure what may have resolved this; however to answer your question for future viewers:

1. Windows 7 64 bit

2. Chrome (currently) 63.0.3239.132 - 64 bit version, not sure how many updates since this happened

3. I cleared cookies/cache when I first saw this didn't seem to make any difference

I also have adblock/adblock plus and tried with them disabled with no change

I tried a changing my browser agent with no change

I tried Firefox different version of the span of time, no add ons, cleared all cache, all history with no change

I did notice yesterday morning after I had restarted chrome that my points did show up and after I navigated to another page on Thwack it went back not displaying my points.

I also notice that Chrome isn't displaying a scripting error anymore, I don't recall the exact context of what it was complaining about but that is not showing in the URL bar anymore; perhaps that is/was the cause of my heartache?

Spoke too soon, I navigated to the shop and the problem replicated....I feel like this is an episode of Stargate SG1 and we are battling replicators *shakes fists*

Another update, logged in via FireFox points show up and store comes up; walked away 30+ mins and now things are broken in FireFox.
