Large configs get error downloading

Question

We have several 7206 DSL routers which get an error on downloading the config.  These configs are VERY large The whole download fails.  This happens whether I attempt manually, or if it runs as part of a scheduled job.  Every once in a while the config will successfully transfer.  The handshake occurs correctly at the beginning and the data begins transferring, so the SSH settings are set correctly.

Does anyone know of a way to correct this?  Maybe a timeout setting?

Hi all - try -

File->Settings->Telnet/SSH Settings and move those sliders over to the right. Let me know if that helps? We may have another method to help as well.

I'm having, what seems to be, the same problem with a Cisco 10K... Any ideas on making this not timeout?

A short answer is no.  We simply forward our dns info up to our major provider via the ip name-server XX.XX.XX.XX command.  So, we do all our monitoring etc. on our subscriber network via IP and not hostname.
