DHCP Server Scanning "Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation"

we have upgraded to IPAM 4.8

scanning has stopped, getting following in IPAM Events, and DHCP Server has status "down" and scopes are unreachable

"DHCP server scanning for 'DHCP Server 'xxxxxx.xxx'' failed with error:Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation"

Have you fixed this issue? I'm seeing a similar problem following the upgrade to IPAM 4.8.
