Down Interfaces

I am attempting to change the Down Interface monitor block to only show a certain interface when it is down.  Unfortunately, I do not have any SQL writing experience.  Can anyone assist with what syntaxs I would need to use to make this happen?  Below is a screen shot of what I am trying to modify.

Status = 2 AND Caption LIKE '%Tunnel2 - bb dmvpn network%'
